nusantara.
what is nusantara?
together, we are a bungou stray dogs oc project made to represent indonesian literature and history.
this project will shelter bsd ocs in an exclusive non-official organisation called cakramandala which will take place in yokohama city.
the goal of our project is to bring awareness to the local community regarding the masterpieces of indonesian literary history.
nusantara :
cakrawala mandala dwipantara.
is an indonesian organisation first discovered by ernest douwes dekker in batavia (now special capital region of jakarta). however, due to a movement caused by the reformationist led by chairil anwar and sutan takdir alisjahbana, this organisation is capable of creating a headquarter in japan through influencing the japanese government via diplomacy. the scale of their territories and the location of their base operation are unknown, as they begin to spread their wings to yokohama city, creating a havoc with the port mafia, rats in the house of the dead, guild, and order of the clock tower, indicating the massiveness in its strength and business.
this organisation consists of two factions with opposing ideals and goals. one is of a private dogma, and one is to keep its image on the public eye.

pandemonium :
negara agung.
the controlling influence of cakramandala which has the goal to fight off another underground organisations in either japan or europe. this faction specifically has ruthless behavioural code and its members are skilled in using extortion and other criminal methods. because they are being sheltered within the same agency, negara agung is, by all means, known by its fellow faction; mancanegara.
negara agung is the biggest income asset for cakramandala owing to the fact that their influence overshadows several economical aspects within japan. despite partaking in countless fraudulent conducts, any form of terrorism that may lead to disbanding the organisation is extremely prohibited.

armistice :
mancanegara.
the consulting detective group of cakramandala which affiliates itself with the military police and the japanese government. even though their area of expertise is to solve ability-based crimes, this faction is responsible for yielding the government to cakramandala; strongly implying that the members of this faction all have respectful position either as a businessman or as a politician.
mancanegara prides itself on justice and bravery. unlike negara agung, their creed forbids their members from killing a civilian or an ability-user without any logical reasons.

with these guidelines
follow the existing laws and orders.
| your character has to be based on an indonesian writer. |
| one writer is only allowed to have/handle/manage one account. |
| an immediate inactivity such as a day after verification will result in an immediate unverification. |
| we only accept hiatus (h), not long-hiatus (lh). the maximum period is 3 weeks. |
| we expect you to have the decent knowledge about roleplay. |
| crack and writer talk are allowed and we set no limit to it. however, when it comes to plotting, we want you to be as appropriate as possible. |
| please interact as much as you can with the members themselves. hostility to one specified character is alright as long as you do not bring disputes within two factions. |
| following each and every members of this project is a must. |
| godmodding and meta-gaming are forbidden, especially in a battle plot. |
| indonesian and english are our main languages. |
| any kind of mature-themed plots are acceptable. |
| keep your drama elsewhere if you are trying to pick a fight. the project will not tolerate such child play. with this being said; badmouthing, harassing, bashing the writers with any means to overthrow the conducive atmosphere are forbidden. |

| mention the base to ask about the availability. the deadline of your reservations is 3×24 hours after you have given us the information. any longer than that, we shall reduce your arrangement as invalid. |
